Pack rollers so they arrive safely.
Choose sturdy materials for boxing rollers. Pressed cardboard made for shipping steel shafts is the safest choice.
Avoid weak pine boxes. If you build your own box, use plywood strong enough to survive being dropped from waist height on a corner.
Rollers should not be loose in the box. Use paper, cardboard, or plastic to cushion them, or fasten them inside the box.
Include paperwork and insurance.
Include a copy of your order form or purchase order in the box and include your company name on your shipping label.
When returning used exchange rollers, note returned exchange rollers. Estimate the rollers' value and insure the shipment.
